Can I host with you without signing up for design services?

We originally developed our hosting platform for our website design customers, but, so long as you are a genuine customer creating a site that is not malicious and does no harm (i.e. absolutely no child pornography, malware, etcetera—for a full list of prohibited sites please see our T&C) then we are more than happy to host you here!

We’d love for you to join us.

We want to help as many side-hustles, personal projects and small businesses get online as possible. And we know that a lot of people are more than capable of designing their site themselves, their own way (or are just plain plucky and willing to put in the work).

How do I install WordPress?

We pre-install WordPress for you so you can get started right away. Simply purchase a WordPress package, choose your settings, and you’re all set.

I have an existing WordPress website hosted with another provider, can I transfer it to you?

Yes, we have several different migration options so you can migrate your existing WordPress website to us with minimal fuss straight from your control panel or WordPress dashboard.

Can I install software that isn't WordPress?

To keep our WordPress platform at optimal performance, we only allow WordPress to be installed. You’re still free to write, add and modify WordPress-compatible code and files, such as themes, plugins, media uploads etc. You’ll also have full access to mailboxes and email accounts outside WordPress.

If you think you may want to create a non-WordPress website or install/upload something outside WordPress, our standard Web Hosting plans are a better choice. With our standard plans you can run any software you like and choose from 70+ one-click installs directly from your control panel.

Do I still need to update WordPress?

We update the WordPress core for you automatically whenever updates are released. If you install any third party themes or plugins, you’ll need to update them yourself from your WordPress dashboard.

What are your data centres like, and where are they located?
