Although we can only help you with hosting related support unless you are on a website care plan or retainer, we do have a growing range of tutorials and guides on everything from setting up an email signature to creating your first website on our website resources page!
Personal Support When You're Stuck
You can also raise a ticket through the help section of your control panel. We aim to get back to you within 24-hours (we need to sleep and go to parties too!) but if its an emergency, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
